Before calling for repair, please review the list below, since the problem may not be a unit malfunction

SYMPTOM REMEDY (not a malfunction)
Odors and smoke are not removed.
• Clean or replace the lters if they appear to be heavily
soiled.(Refer to E-13,14)
A clicking or ticking sound is heard
from the unit.
• Clicking or ticking sounds may be audible when the unit
is generating ions.
The discharged air has an odor.
• Check to see if the lters are heavily soiled.
Replace the lters.
• Plasmacluster Air Puriers may produce a slight odor.
This is normal and is a result of the Plasmacluster Ions
refreshing the air.
