Afterreplacingthe autoexposuresensor(AE).

tem.
Afterreplacingthe OPC drum.

2. Steps required before the copy qual~y
adjustments are made

Ckan the componentsin the ophd system (tabk gkss, kns,
mirror,copylamp, and refbctor).
Clean the auto exposure sensor sudace with an sir bbwer
(UKOGMO04%SZZ). Bbw duet offwiththe air bkwer facingthe
AE sensorslit.
Ckan the coronawires (MCU, ~CU).
Cban the develo~r unit.
Ckan the area near the
OPCdrum.

NOTE: Perform the manual exposure adjustment first, then the
autoexposureadjustment.
When the manual exposureadjudng pot is movdr it abo
affects the auto exposure. Therefore, the auto exposure
mustbe adjustedafterthe manualexposureadjustmmt.
