FOCUSadjustmentis r~uired for any of the folbting re~ns:
. After movingthe mirrorbase C positionor replacement.
. After replacementof the lens.
.. After re~acement of mirrorbase A or B.

@ Loosenthe mirrorbase C drive cam shaft nut.
@ Remove the tightside upper, rear panel.
@ Unlock the optical unit l~k lever and sightw lift up the optica
unit,withoutunfasteningthe twoconnectorsbetweenthe optid
system and the prqsa unit.
@ Rotate the mirror base C poaitfon adjusting shaft with a
screwdriverthroughthe clearance between the _ system
and the processunit.
@ Completelyc~ the optid unit.
@ Place the test chart (UK~~9CS~ or,re~utiorr test hart
on the o@inal table.
@ Make acopyortartA3(ll* x l~copypeperinthe norrndrnode.
@ Check the focus at the center of the copy paper.
@ Ifthefocus isproperandtheresolution ismorethan5.Oline~mm,
tightenthe shaft securingnut.
NOTE: Pay attentionthatthe mirrorbase C positionadjustingshaft
doea not rotate.
If a properfocus is not aflained, repeat steps@ through@.
