1. Test command functions
Test functions are used to clarify and pinpoint malfunctionsin
-rdanca with the status codes and to manipulateo~ratiorts in
the machine by enteringan appropriatetest mmmand. The status
code can be checked, changed, or Mncelled by the test command
function.inaddition,variouschd~utfu~ions may~~~o~.

DepressCLEAR, PAUSE, ZERO, and PAUSE keysinthatorder.
AJl of the indicators (except copy rati indicator, automatic
exposure copy dens~” indi~tor) on the operationpand will go
out, and the machine will be ready to acce~ test commands.
If you do not ~plete the entedngof CLEAR, PAUSE, ZERO,
and PAUSE keys with in 5 -rrds, the copierwill not go into
the test tie. You will have to performthe commanden~ dl
over again.
@ Programthe test command by enteringthe twodigit command
code. AJthoughany numberof digitscan be enteredthroughthe
keyboard,ort~ the last two digitsare effective.
@ Depressionof the PSW after the twodigitent~, enableatheteet
programas defined by the key entry.
@ To change the command, press the PAUSE key. The test
programunderexecutm is terminatedand all of the frontpanel
indicatorswillgo out.The controlreturnsto Step (2) andisready
for a new errt~.
@ To terminatethe testoperationpressthe CLEAR key.Thaqier
will returnto the operationalmode.
