  If your Sheffield Air Conditioner isn't working, here are a few things to check: * **No Electricity:** Ensure the unit is properly connected to a working electrical socket and turned on. * **Overflow Indicator ('FL'):** Discharge any water that has accumulated inside the unit. * **Temperature Issues:** The unit should be used in temperatures between 7-35°C (44-95°F). Also, in cooling mode, the room temperature should not be lower than the set temperature. In heating mode, the room temperature should not be higher than the set temperature. Adjust the set temperature accordingly. * **Dehumidification Mode:** Make sure the room temperature is above 17°C (62°F) when using dehumidification mode.
