Supplement 4. Charging the battery
To charge the battery, connect the switched off device either to the
220 V/50 Hz mains using the USB interface cable and a power supply unit
with USB socket or to the vehicle electrical system using the USB interface
cable and a power supply unit with USB socket. A red light will illuminate
to the right of the indicator to indicate that the battery is being charged.
When the battery is fully charged, the light will turn green and the unit can
be disconnected from the mains.
On average it takes 4 hours to charge the battery.
