5.3.4 Mounting the LMS11x/LMS13x/LMS14x/LMS15x/LMS182 with weather
protection hood
To protect the LMS11x/LMS13x/LMS14x/LMS15x/LMS182 from glare and precipitation
when used outside, two weather protection hoods are available.
 The weather protection hood 190° provides a field of view of 190° and practically flat
mounting on the application.
 The weather protection hood 270° provides a larger field of view of 270°, but not flat
mounting on the application.
You will find detailed dimensions in section 10.3.4 “Dimensional drawings weather
protection hoods” on page 103.
Important The LMC12x and the LMC13x cannot be fastened with a weather protection hood.
