1 General
Multi-beam safety light barriers
from SICK are contactless
protection installations. They are
2part through beam configurations,
consisting of a sender and receiver
unit and are suitable for access
control and danger zone protection
applications.
The MSL fulfils the pr EN 50 100
(pr EN 61 496) requirements, safety
category 4. In that it is a self
monitoring, contactless protection
installation.
The devices were conceived for
industrial applications and benefit
