If an error message is displayed, press the Esc pushbutton to return to the main menu.
Message Description
Incorrect encoder firmware!
Present: Vxxx
Valid: Vxxx
The firmware on the connected encoder is not suitable for pro‐
gramming. The installed and required firmware versions are dis‐
played.
No configurations saved! No configuration files are saved in the selected storage location.
Not executed:
Memory full
Please delete files!
The internal memory is full.
Delete files or save configuration to the SD card.
Error!
No firmware file!
The selected file is not a firmware file. Select a valid file for the
update.
Error!
Invalid checksum!
The selected firmware file is corrupt.
Error!
Incorrect file size!
The file size for the selected firmware file is not permitted.
Communication error! Errors occurred during communication between the PGT-10-Pro
and the encoder. Programming was not executed. Repeat the proc‐
ess.
SD card empty! No files available on the SD card.

No SD card
No SD card inserted.
SD error
Write-protected
Write protection is activated on the SD card. Disable write protec‐
tion to use the card with the PGT-10-Pro.

Please change folder!
File numbering for this encoder type has reached the maximum
for this folder. Select another storage location.
File system error! Failed to access file system. Repeat the process.
SD error
No FAT file system
The SD card is not formatted in the FAT32 file system. Format the
SD card to FAT32 first. The SD card can then be used.
SD error
Not ready
The SD card is not ready for use. Repeat the process.
No configuration file! Error when accessing the SD card.
SD card error! Insufficient battery voltage. Insert new batteries.
Battery low
Please replace!
Batteriespannung zu schwach. Neue Batterien einsetzen.
Incorrect encoder type!
Connect
correct type!
The connected encoder does not match the encoder with the
saved parameters in the cloning memory. For successful cloning
please connect the corresponding encoder type.
