Triple mode and 64 elds
Two eld set modes can be selected with S3000 Expert. With
triple mode a second warning eld is available. Thereby pedes-
trians passing by an automated guided vehicle could be warned
with an acoustic sound and additionally by a visual signal when
being further approached by the vehicle. The dual-eld mode
with only one warning eld can be also selected.
Different steering angles and payload conditions of automated
guided vehicles can be easily realized with 64 elds. A 5th
input is available additionally via Flexi Soft or EFI gateway to
activate 32 monitoring cases.

For each speed the right protective eld. Dynamic eld switch-
ing: Speeds which are required to activate protective and
warning elds are provided via incremental encoders. Up to 32
monitoring cases or speeds can be congured.
A perfect all around safeguarding of automated guided vehicles
can be created, when S3000 Expert is combined with a Flexi
Soft safety controller. Speed signals of incremental encoders
are routed to all safety laser scanners.
