2.1 About this document
2.2 Preparations
These short instructions describe settings you can make to use the additional features of
the S710 E.
You can make these settings:
● After the device has been integrated in the measuring system
or
● Before the device has been integrated in the measuring system.
Note: Check the setting of the power voltage is correct (see “Operating Instructions
S700”).
Use the supplied power cable to connect the device to a suitable power supply and
switch it on using the main power switch on the rear of the device.
You can make the following settings after booting the device:
● Change the physical unit in which the measured values are shown between mg/m³ and
ppm.
● Adapt the preset measuring range according to your application.
