Reset function

The protective functions are not impaired if the test/reset button is
kept pressed.
Note
The cause of the fault must be remedied before resetting.

Automatic restart.

The automatic reset mode must not be used in applications where
the unexpected restart of the motor may lead to personal injury or
damage to property.

1)
Resetting is possible after the recovery time of 3 minutes has elap-
sed. The recovery time allows for sufficient cooling of the
previously overloaded motor.

1) If thermistor and overload trips have responsed simultaneously, the longer reset phase will apply.
2) In switch position AUTO, the overload relay will automatically reset.
3) If the overload relay is switched off during the 3 minute recovery time, then the full 3 minutes start
again when the relay is switched back on again.
