4 Function test
- Close circuit-breaker A
- It must not be possible to close circuit-breaker B electri-
cally; in the event of mechanical actuation it must per-
form a no-load switching operation
- Open circuit-breaker A
- It must now be possible to close circuit-breaker B both
electrically and mechanically
- It must not be posssible to close circuit-breaker A elec-
trically; in the event of mechanical actuation it must
perform a no-load switching operation
5 Maintenance and repair
The cable pulls are maintenance-free and do not need to be
lubricated. Owing to the hight stresses exerted on these
safety-relevant components, cable pulls should be renewed
after 10000 mechanical operating cycles.
Spare cable pull: 4T 232 06142 001 = 3 m long
4T 232 06142 002 = 6 m long
4 Funktionsprüfung
- Schalter A einschalten
- Schalter B darf sich elektrisch nicht einschalten lassen
und muß bei mechanischer Betätigung eine Leerschal-
tung ausführen
- Schalter A ausschalten
- Schalter B muß sich jetzt sowohl elektrisch als auch
mechanisch einschalten lassen
- Schalter A darf sich elektrisch nicht einschalten lassen
und muß bei mechanischer Betätigung eine Leerschal-
tung ausführen
5 Wartung und Instandhaltung
Die Seilzüge sind wartungsfrei und brauchen nicht ge-
schmiert zu werden. Wegen der hohen Beanspruchung
dieser sicher-heitsrelevanten Bauteile sollen die Seilzüge
nach 10000 mechanischen Schaltspielen ausgewechselt
werden.
Ersatzteil Seilzug: 4T 232 06142 001 = 3 m lang
4T 232 06142 002 = 6 m lang
