Programming and calibrating the area dose product measuring
device

NOTE
This calibration operation is used to adjust the area dose product
measuring device to the ARCADIS Avantic system display.
Programming 0
• Start and log on to the service program.
• <Click Main System> and <Next>.
• Click <Options> under "Configuration".
• Click <Yes> under "Diamentor Existing".
• Read off the "TW" factor from the identification tag on the diamentor chamber and enter
it in the "Constant" field.
• Select ""0.1 cGy cm*cm/pulse" for the standard resolution in the "Resolution" field
(see (1/Fig.2/p.7)).
• For pediatric applications select
“0.01 cGy cm*cm/pulse” under "Resolution".
• Enter the test value (TW) 500 under "Constant" (see (2/Fig.2/p.7)) for standard and
5000 for pediatrics.
• Press the Return key on the keyboard and click <Save>.
