Return parameters (ETHx_CTRL)
The value 1 in a bit of the CH_Ready return parameter indicates that the related channel or
service is ready. This means that a communication connection to the partner specified in the
configuration could be established with the communication parameters specified there (IP
address, TSAPs etc.) or a service was started on the CP 243-1.
