When inserting battery, note polarity.
Insert the batteries in the devices just before commissioning the fire
detection
installation.
w The manual call point SMF121 is installed on the radio base SMF6120.
1. Open the door of the manual call point using a suitable key.
2. Remove the fixing screws in the manual call point and lift the manual call point
off the radio base.
3. Press the alarm button (2).
4. WARNING! Device does not work! Only use the battery type intended for
the device!
5. Insert two 3.6 V lithium AA batteries into the radio base.
6. Connect the batteries' plug connections to the two bushes on the PCB in the
radio base.
7. Secure the manual call point to the radio base again using the screws.
8. Press the reset slider (1).
a The alarm button (2) jumps out.
9. Close the door of the manual call point.
a The manual call point is ready for commissioning.
