The following example shows settings suitable for recognizing incoming numbers and assign-
ing them to entries in the local phone book.

Local code <1> 780 Enterprise node prefix (here: Nottingham).
International code <1> +44115943 Equivalent prefix to access numbers on the
same node from the PSTN.
Local code <2> 722 Enterprise node prefix (here: Munich).
International code <2> +4989722 Equivalent prefix to access numbers on the
same node from the PSTN.
