Step by step
Switching to the held party (alternat-
ing)
Prerequisite: You are conducting a consultation call.
Select and confirm.
You are switched to the party on hold.
Ending an alternate operation
Select and confirm.
The active call is disconnected and the held call is re-
stored.
Combine the calling parties into a three-party con-
ference
Select and confirm.
Z An alert tone signals that a conference call has been es-
tablished between all three parties.
