3.1 Operation in control device families
The CP can be operated in the following device families:
S7-300 stations with the following CPU types:
Standard
Compact
Modular
C7 compact units in C7 packaging system
The following tables show the device environment in which the CP can be operated with the
range of functions described here.
Note
The tables list the CPUs and devices released at the time this manual went to print. CPUs of
the S7
-300 or C7 control systems released later and not listed in the tables can also handle
the range of functions described here.
