3.3 Replacing the Mass Storage

3.3.2 Replacing a 2.5”Flash Disk with a DOM Flash Memory
 Open the device as described in chapter 3.2.
 Carefully pull the IDE connecting cable of the 2.5” flash disk from the plug connector (see
Figure 3-14). Make sure not to bend the connection pins of the CPU board.

Carefully push the IDE connecting cable backward between the PCBs of the CBU board so
that the plug connector becomes accessible.
Note
To install a DOM flash memory you do not necessarily have to remove the 2.5” flash disk from
the CPU board. But if you do want to remove the 2.5” flash disk, proceed as described in chapter
3.3.1.
