Offset of the voltage limiting characteristic
Notice
The offset of the voltage limiting characteristic only applies for linear limiting characteristics,
e.g. for 1FK6 and 1FK7 motors.
In order to identify the limits of the motor for a drive converter output voltage (V
mot
) not equal
to 340 V, 380 V or 425 V, the associated voltage limiting characteristic shown must be
shifted (offset) for the particular new output voltage (V
mot new
).
The degree of offset is obtained as follows:
For an output voltage of V
mot, new
, an offset is obtained along the X axis (speed) by a factor of:
PRW
QHZ PRW

Notice
It is only possible to shift the voltage limiting characteristic, if the condition
V
mot, new
> V
iN
is fulfilled.
The induced voltage V
iN
is specified on the motor rating plate.
