With the Data Exchange Software
you can copy melodies in MIDI for-
mat (*.MID) from the PC to the
Rin-
ging tone
folder on the MultiMedia-
Card (see p. 70).
Silent alert
To avoid being disturbed by the
ringer, you can activate the trembler
instead. It can also be active in
addition to the ringer (in noisy
environments for example).
Filter
Only calls from numbers that are in
the Addressbook or that belong to
the VIP group are signalled audibly.
Other calls are merely displayed.
If you do not accept these calls they
will be diverted to your mailbox (if
set see p. 46).

Compose melody
You can compose melodies
yourself.

the notes C, D, E, F, G, A

Increase length of note.
Reduce length of note.
One note higher.
One note lower.
Insert a pause.

One octave up or down.

The melody you have composed can
be saved on the MultiMediaCard.
