TX-I/O modules use the following set of symbols (also see LED Indicators and
LED Symbol Chart in this document).

Earth Ground (‘E’ on MEC Service Box)
Configurable point
Output (arrow pointing OUT from center of
module)
Input (arrow pointing IN toward center of
module)
24 Vdc output (field supply)
AC/DC output, 12 to 24 V (field supply)
I/O Row Orientation
NOTE: DIN rails must be centered a minimum of 4.5 inches from obstructions
on either
side (or above and below for horizontal mounting) in order to
provide a 2.5 inch clearance on both sides of the modules for wires to
ports and connectors. Modules can also be temporarily removed from
the DIN rail for easier wiring.
