Charging the internal battery
NOTE
► Before using the speaker, the integrated battery must be completely
charged.
ATTENTION
► Charge the device’s internal battery only in dry indoor spaces.
► Due to the high power consumption, the device must be charged
using a USB mains adapter. Do not charge the device from the USB
port of a PC or notebook.
► Use only the supplied USB charging cable
e to charge the integrated
battery.
► Disconnect the USB charging cable e when charging is complete.
♦ Make sure that the speaker is switched off. To turn off the speaker,
hold down the
button q
for about 2 seconds.
♦ Connect the USB type-A plug of the USB charging cable
e to a
plugged-in USB power supply (5V, at least 950mA).
♦ Remove the protective cover 3 on the speaker to get to the USB-C
DC 5V charging socket 2. To do this, pull the protective cover 3
off the device and push it to one side.
♦ Connect the USB-C plug of the USB charger cable
e to the USB-C
charging socket DC 5V
2 on the device.
