Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the speaker to a Bluetooth
®
-compatible playback
device, proceed as follows:
Possible cause Remedy
The Bluetooth
®
function
is not activated on the
Bluetooth
®
playback
device.
Activate the Bluetooth
®
function on
the Bluetooth
®
playback device.
The speaker is more than
10 metres away from the
Bluetooth
®
playback device
or there are obstacles or
other electronic devices in
between.
Reduce the distance between the
speaker and the Bluetooth
®
playback
device. Make sure that no obstacles or
other electronic devices can obstruct the
connection.
The speaker is not switched
on.
Switch on the speaker.
