ATTENTION

► When using the device in water, make sure that the surface of the

device is not submerged for long periods of time. Extended or repeated

submersion can damage the device.

Switching the speaker on/oﬀ

♦ Press and hold the

button q for about 2 seconds to turn the

speaker on and activate the Bluetooth

function. You will hear

a beep and LED 1 0 ﬂashes orange twice. Afterwards, LED 1 0

ﬂashes alternately blue and orange. The speaker is in pairing mode.

♦ Press and hold the

button q for about 2 seconds to turn the

speaker oﬀ and deactivate the Bluetooth

function. You will hear

a beep and LED 1 0 ﬂashes orange twice.

Pairing the speaker with a Bluetooth

device

Before you can use the speaker for music playback via Bluetooth

you must pair it with a compatible Bluetooth

playback device.

♦ Press and hold the

button q for about 2 seconds to turn the

speaker on and activate the Bluetooth

function. You will hear a

beep and LED 1 0 ﬂashes orange twice. Afterwards, LED 1 0

ﬂashes alternately blue and orange.

♦ Set the Bluetooth

playback device so that it scans for Bluetooth

devices. A detailed description of how to do this can be found in the

operating manual for your Bluetooth

playback device.
