The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault Possible cause Remedy
The speaker will
not switch on.
The internal battery is
empty.
Charge the internal
battery (see section

No sound.
The speaker is not
switched on.
Press and hold the
button q for about
2 seconds to turn the
speaker on.
The volume is set to
minimum.
Set the desired volume
using the
button 8.
If necessary, increase
the volume on the
Bluetooth
®
playback
device.
