Connecting and switching the
product on/off
m
WARNING! Risk of electric shock!
Never connect the AC supply cord with the DC
connection and the other way around.
The product is equipped with 2 separate
power connectors (Fig. A):
DC connector [8] for operation powered by
a car socket outlet.
AC connector [9] for connecting to the wall
outlet (AC).
Connecting with a suitable wall outlet
(AC) and switching on/off:
Before connecting the supply cable: Set the
AC/DC OFF/DC selector switch [6] to AC.
Set the I/O switch [4] to O.
Connect the AC supply cord [] with the AC
connector [9].
Connect the power plug of the AC supply
cord [] with a suitable wall outlet.
Switching the product on: Set the I/O
switch [4] to I.
Switching the product off: Set the I/O switch
to O.
Connecting with the car socket outlet
(DC) and switching on/off:
Before connecting the supply cable: Set the
AC/DC OFF/DC selector switch [6] to DC
OFF.
Connect the DC supply cord [] with a 12 V
car socket outlet.
Switching the product on: Set the AC/DC
OFF/DC selector switch [6] to DC.
Switching the product off: Set the AC/DC
OFF/DC selector switch to DC OFF.
Once the product is switched on, the on/
off control light [7] lights up and the LED
temperature display [] switches on.
Cooling the beer
Cooling the beer in the product:
Place the sealed beer keg [] in the cooling
container [].
Position the beer keg [] so that the keg
notch [] lines up with the container
notch []
Align the tap unit [1] with the container
notch []. You do not need to connect the
tap unit with the beer keg [] to do so when
only cooling the beer.
Place the cover [] on the cooling
container [].
Switch the product on (see “Connecting and
switching the product on/off”).
The LED temperature display [] shows the
current internal temperature in the cooling
container [].
