Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Action
The product dispenses
no beer.
The extension pipe [2] is not properly
connected.
Properly connect the extension
pipe [2] (see “Assembling the
disposable faucet”).
The beer keg [] is empty. Place a new beer keg [] in the
product (see “Connecting a beer
keg”).
The product produces
too much foam.
The beer is too warm. Cool the beer to 3 to 6 ºC
(see “Cooling the beer”).
The beer keg [] has been shaken
recently (for instance during transport).
Let the beer rest for some time.
The beer keg [] is nearly empty. Place a new beer keg [] in the
product.
The beer is not dispensed properly. Swiftly pull the handle on the tap
unit [1] all the way down. Modify your
pouring method (see “Operation”).
The product dispenses
the beer too slowly.
The extension pipe [2] is damaged. Replace the extension pipe [2].

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.
This product contains an insulating foam made
of Cyclopentane which is flammable. At the end
of the product's life, it must be disposed of in a
suitable place. If in doubt, contact your waste
disposal centre.
Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which
are marked with abbreviations (a) and
numbers (b) with following meaning:
1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and
fibreboard / 80–98: composite
materials.
The product and packaging materials are
recyclable, dispose of it separately for
better waste treatment.
