14.2.2. Using the AMS (Automatic Station Search
with station ) function
The AMS function performs an automatic station search and
stores the stations found.
In FM mode, press and hold the MENU/INFO/ button until
the menu is shown on the display.
Press the
/ button or turn the controller to select <AMS>.
Then press the
SELECT controller to select the AMS functions.
Press the
/ button or turn the controller to <Yes> to select au-
tomatic station search and station storage.
Then press the
SELECT controller to start the AMS functions.
Previously stored station lists are deleted when the AMS func-
tion is performed.
Press the
/ button or turn the controller to <NO> to cancel the
automatic station search and station storage.
Then press the
SELECT controller to confirm that you do not want
to start the AMS function.
14.2.3. Storing FM stations
You can store up to 30 preset FM stations.
Set a station as described above.
Press and hold the
PRESET button until the station list with the
stored stations appears in the display.
Press the
/ button or turn the controller to select the desired
memory slot.
Press the
SELECT controller to save the station.
