Cleaning the shaving head and oiling the cut-
ting blade
Note
► The cutting blade of the shaving head 1 can be cleaned with
water. Do not use any other liquids.
► Only use acid-free precision engineering oil, such as sewing ma-
chine oil, to oil the cutting blade.
1) First press the shaving head
1 forwards off the appliance with
your thumb (see fig. 8). Then pull the shaving head 1 upwards
out of the appliance (see fig. 9).

2) Remove hair residue from the shaving head
1 with the cleaning
brush e (supplied).
3) Clean the shaving head 1 under running water. Do not use any
other liquids for cleaning.
4) Allow the shaving head
1 to dry.
5) Add a few drops of the supplied blade oil w to the cutting blade
of the shaving head 1 and distribute it evenly. Wipe off any
access oil with a soft cloth.
