Dinner roll
Ingredients
250g bread flour
1egg
25g sugar
3g yeast
110ml milk
10g cream
15g butter
Preparation
Beat the egg and mix with flour, sugar and
yeast.
Add milk and cream to the dough. Knead for
15–20minutes.
Set aside for about 1hour (until the size has
doubled).
Cut the dough into 7pieces. Knead for
10–15minutes.
Place the 7pieces in the basket[2]. Wait for
another 30minutes.
Bake for 10minutes at 160°C.
Melt the butter and brush it on the dinner
rolls. Bake for another 2minutes.
Fish fillet
Ingredients
300g fish fillet
Pepper and salt (depending on how rich a
flavour you like)
1lemon
2garlic cloves
1shallot
20g butter
Preparation
Season the fish with pepper and salt.
Cut the lemon in half. Slice half of the lemon
and put it under the fish fillet.
Crush 1garlic clove, slice the shallot and put
them on the fish fillet.
Place the fish fillet in the basket[2]. Cook for
15minutes at 180°C.
Melt the butter and add 1garlic clove.
Pour the garlic butter onto the fish fillet.
Squeeze the other half of the lemon over the
fish fillet.
