• Theboltslotsneedtobecuttoadepthof20mm.Donotexceed8mmcuttingdepthwith
eachcut
• Followthepattern,makeoneextrapassacrossthecuttocleanoffexcessmaterial

jigrmlyagainstthepostformededge
NOTE: Beforeclamping,ensurethejigispositionedcorrectlysothattheworktopwillnotbecut

• Tostart,placetherouteronthelefthandsideofthejig
• Onlycuttoan8mmdepthwitheachpass.Repeattheprocessuntilthecutiscomplete
