• Theboltslotsneedtobecuttoadepthof20mm.Donotexceed8mmcuttingdepthwith
eachcut
• Followthepattern,makingoneextrapassacrossthecuttocleanoffexcessmaterial

jigrmlyagainstthepostformededge
NOTE:Beforeclamping,ensurethejigispositionedcorrectly,sothattheworktopwillnotbecut
tooshortforthejoint.
• OncethejigisinpositionsecurermlywithG-clamps
• Tostart,placetherouteronthelefthandsideofthejig.Alwayscutfromlefttoright
• Onlycuttoan8mmdepthwitheachpass.Repeattheprocessuntilthecutiscomplete
