If the Simer Water Pump motor runs but no water is delivered, consider the following: * If it's a new installation, re-prime the pump according to the instructions, and check all connections on the suction line, AVC, and ejector for air leaks using soapy water or shaving cream. Replace the foot valve or check valve if they are leaking. * If the pump has lost prime, check all connections on the suction line and shaft seal for air leaks. Lower the suction line into the water and re-prime if the water level is below the suction pipe inlet. * Also, check if the foot valve, strainer, ejector, or impeller are plugged and clean them.
