      If your Simon Tune Maestro I keyboard or device isn't responding, check the cable connection and ensure you're using the correct port (Out vs In). Also, verify that both the Tune Maestro I and the device are on the same MIDI Channel. Check keyboard/device settings such as SysEx, Global settings, etc. Also, make sure the correct OEM code is used for the keyboard having the issue.
