For example: 0800 means time 08:00(hh:mm), 2100 means time 21:00. the EndTime
can be earlier than StartTime, it will set as end of next day.

4.5 Auto disarm
It can set camera auto disarm after several times alarm. If schedule alarm function
turn on, it will make camera alarm function on when reach next schedule alarm time
