7E Tuff Torq K210A
60. Turn fork shaft so that roll pin hole is horizontal.
61. Attempt to move range arm to shift gears. If range
arm will not change gears,rotate fork shaft 180
degrees and try changing gears again.
62. Install shift interlock arm onto fork shaft and drive roll
pin through arm and shaft.

63. Install sealing cap and retainer to left side case and
secure with self tapping screw.
Retaining Screw Torque:
New Case: 2.8–3.2 Kg-m
Used Case: 2.3–2.8 Kg-m
64. Install drain plug with new seal.
Drain Plug Torque: 3.0–5.0 Kg-m

65. Press new brake shaft seal into case.
66. Install brake drum on brake shaft and secure with
retaining ring.
67. Install brake cover assembly into transaxle case and
secure with four self tapping screws.
Brake Cover Capscrew Torque
New Case: 2.8–3.2 Kg-m
Used Case: 2.3–3.2 Kg-m
NOTE: Check brake lever for free movement while tight-
ening screws
