indicate
the
correct
polarity.
The
value
of
the
voltage
being
measured
will
be
indicated
on
the
numerical
display.
The
analog
display
will
indicate
the
relative
value
and
can
be
used
for
nulling
or
peaking
applications.

Remove
all
power
from
the
circuit
being
measured
and
dis-
charge
all
capacitors
prior
to
disconnecting
test
leads.
i.
Open
the
circuit
in
which
the
current
is
to
be
measured
and
securely
connect
the
test
leads
in
series.
Ensure
that
the
460-4
is
not
connected
across
a
voltage
source
which
can
exceed
rat-
ings
of
the
Instrument.

test
leads
to
the

terminals.

Depress
the
ACV
function
switch.
