See that the belt has the correct tension.
This tension should be only enough to
keep the belt from slipping. If the belt
tension is incorrect, loosen the screw
T2, Fig. 35, about one turn and allow
the motor to drop downward until the
belt has the correct tension, then
tighten the screw T2.
