TENSIONS
Tension
on
needle
thread
should
be
just suffi-
cient to
set
stitch correctly. (See Figs. 3 to 5 on

correct stitch formation.)
For
average
sewing, tension on looper
thread
should
be
very light.
Regulate
thread
tensions
as
instructed
in
Fig.
26.

Correct pressure of presser foot helps
feed
the
work properly.
Always use
lightest pressure possible.
Regulate
the
pressure of
the
presser foot
on
the
material
as
instructed
in
Fig. 26.
