Learn and understand the function test
before the next step.
4 Check the workplace.
5 Use the machine only according to the
machine design intention.
Basic Principles
The function test aims to find troubles before
starting to use the machine. The operator must
test all the functions of the machine in
accordance with instructions.
Do not use the troubled machine. The machine
must be marked and stopped if any trouble is
found. Only the qualified maintenance
technicians can repair the machine according to
the manufacturer’s regulations.
After maintenance completion, the operator
must perform the p
re-operational inspection and
function test before starting to use the machine.
Test Preparation
1. Select a test area that is solid,
horizontal and free of obstacles.
2. Ensure that the storage battery is
connected.
Ground Controller
1 Key Switch
2 Ground control bit
3 Platform control bit
4 Emergency Stop Switch
5 Direction switch of platform
6 Hour meter
1. Place the red "emergency stop" switch on
the platform and gr
ound to the ON
position.
2. Left turn the key switch to the ground
control position.
Result: The relevant indicator is ON and
does not display any error message.
Test Emergency Stop
1. Press the ground red "emergency stop"
switch to the OFF position.
Result: All functions shutdown.
2.
Pull the red “emergency stop” switch to the
ON position.
