Lifting function test
1. Lifting function start up.
 Result: Platform lifts.
2. Lowering function start up
 Result: The platform should be lowered
meanwhile the lowering alarm should ring.
Test Emergency Lowering Function
1. Start lifting function and lift platform to
highest.
2. Pull out emergency lowering handle ( in
left front of underframe).
 Result: Platform goes down and stops
going down when handle is released
. No
alarm when platform goes down.
Platform Controller
Test Emergency Stop
1. Turn the selective switch to platform
controller.
2. Press the “emergency stop” switch on the
platform to the OFF position.
 Result: all functions will not run.
3. Pull the red “emergency stop” switch to the
ON position.
Test Horn
1. Press the horn button.
 Result: The horn honks.
Test Enabling Switch
1. Do n
ot press the enabling switch of control
handle. Move the control handle by arrow
direction.
