Transportation and Hoisting
Instructions
Compliance:
When using forklift (above 4t) or crane
hoisting machine, please keep normal
judgment and plan to control the machine
movement.
The transportation vehicle must be parked
on the horizontal ground.
When loading the machine, the
transportation vehicle must be fixated to
prevent rolling.
Ensure that the vehicle capacity, loading
surface, belt or cable are sufficient to
support the machine weight (please refer
to the "Specifications").
The machine
must be on the
horizontal
ground or
fixated before releasing the brakes.
Prevent the guardrail from falling during
removing the wire rope safety pin. Always
hold on to the guardrail when lowering it.
Brake Releasing Operation
1. Use wedges to chock the wheels to
prevent
the machine from rolling.
2. Ensure that the drive chassis is
fastened and there are no obstacles
on the channel.
3. Find out the manual brake releasing valve
located behind the base frame.
4. Press the black brake releasing handle to
open the brake valve.
5. Push-pull the red brake releasing manual
pump handle.
After Machine Loading
Lock the wheels to prevent the machine from
rolling.
Ensure Safe Tran
sportation of Trucks or
Trailers
1. Before transportation, turn the key switch
to the "OFF" position and remove the key.
2. Inspect the machine thoroughly to prevent
loosened or unfixed parts.
3. Make sure that the chain or belt has
sufficient strength.
4. Use at least 2 chains or belts.
5. Adjust locks to prevent damaging chains.
