Transfer Machine with Forklift
Make sure the extension platform, controller and
chassis components be safe and reliable.
Remove all loosened parts from the machine.
Fully lower the platform. The platform must be
kept down during transportation.
Use the forklift notches on both sides of the
ladder.
The forklift fork is aligned to the position of
forklift slot.
Drive forward to fork frame to insert fully.
Lift the machine
by 0.4m and then tilt the fork
backward slightly to keep the machine fixated.
Keep machine horizontal when lowering the
fork frame.
Attention: Raise machine from side may result
in damage to components.
Hoisting Guidance
Lower the platform completely. Ensure that the
extension platform, controller and chassis
components be safe and reliable. Remove all the
loosened parts from the machine.
Attention: To protect the pla
tform guardrail,
choose the appropriate length of spreader.
Determine center of gravity of the machine
according to the chart and picture on the page.
Only connect the rigging to the raised point
specified on the machine. Adjust the rigging to
avoid damaging the machine and keep the
machine horizontal.
