SILVERCUT DISC 1000 C
Filling up the hydraulic discharge system, cutter bar
in work position
– Switch the tractor valves for both double
circular systems for tubes (1) and (2) on the
swimming position.
– Open the valve on the hydraulic tube (3).
– Switch on the hydraulic electrical circuit and fill
up to pressure over 105 to 140 bar, measured by
manometer (5).
– Close the valve on the hydraulic tube (3).
Emptying the hydraulic discharge system, cutter
bar in work position
Open the valve on the hydraulic tube (3) and wait until
there is no pressure in the system.

To check the operation of the
swimming system it is recommended
to lift the mower with tractor's
hydraulics maximally upwards from
the working position, whereby the
cutter bars are set into lower working
position. Only the discharging
pressure on manometer increases.

Higher discharging pressure is
recommended.
4. Preparing the mower for work and transport
position
– Nobody is allowed to stay between
the tractor and the mower when
preparing it or working with it. High
risk of injury!
– Material damage danger: Do not
switch on the P.T.O.shaft in transport
position. Cutting drums must
absolutely stand still.
– When driving on public roads use the
protections according to regulations.
– Cutter bar must always be
mechanically secured in transport
position. High risk of injury!
