The mower from work to transport position:
– To reduce the height set the bar protection (3)
into the transport position.
– Pull the string (4) and hold it.
– Lift the cutter bar (1) by switching on the hydraulic
electrical circuit.
– Lift the cutter bar (2) by switching on the
hydraulic electrical circuit until the bar (2)
reaches the vertikal position and then loose the
string (4) so that the lever (5) gets stuck in the
bolt (6); (mechanical protection!).
– Lift the mower with three point hydraulic hitch.
– Mower's centre of gravity is in
transport position close to the
tractor's centre of gravity which
enables great stability and allowes
bigger transport speed.
– Minimal transport height enables the
drive through low passages.
The mower from transport to work position:
– Lift the cutter bar (1) and (2) a bit by switching on
the hydraulic electrical circuit.
– Pull the string (4) so that the lever (5) looses the
undisturbed movement of the bolt (6).
– Lower the cutter bar (2) first, by switching on the
hydraulic electrical circuit, then cutter bar (1).
– Set the hydraulic electrical circuits of double
circular system of both cutter bars into the
swimming position.
– Set the bar protection (4) into protective position.
– Before mowing, check the working
height of the hitch to prevent
overload when working on an uphill
slope (material damage).
5. Mowing
– Perform the repair work,
maintenance, cleaning and stopping
works only with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key.
– Maximum number of P.T.O. shaft
rotations is 1000 rpm. Working with
maximum rpm is recommanded.
Suitable driving speed is to be
selected. Pay special attention when
driving downwards!
– All protections must be undamaged
and in protective position.
– There is a danger of hard substance
eject near the machine when mowing
(stone, cutting blade). Nobody is
allowed to stay near the working area
when mowing!
– It is forbidden to climb on the machine
or driving on it!
