– Adapt the driving speed to the
conditions in the inclination.
5.3 Protecting the mower
The machine has built in safety clutch for each cutter
bar which enables its protection when hitting on an
obstacle. The slip of the safety clutch enables the
mower inclination backwards and upwards.
– Repair works, maintenance, periodical
overhauls, cleaning and elimination of
funtctional disturbances must be
performed with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key!
– Continue the mowing after removing
the disturbances.
– By obstacle collision stop fast.
– Check the possible damage, remove the obstacle.
– Lift the mower with the hydraulic bars so that the
safety clutch (1) switches on again.
– The safety clutch is adjusted by the
manufacturer. No adjusting
intervention is allowed!
6. Disconnecting the mower from the tractor
Disconnect the mower only when the cutter bars are in
work position, if the ground is not solid enough or on
the meadow. Disconnect the machine only if the
ground is even and solid enough. This is recommended
mostly when keeping the machine in covered rooms
with solid ground, the need of space is essentially
reduced.
6.1 Disconnecting the mower from the tractor with
cutter bars in work position
It is obbligatory to use this manner on meadow in
order to prevent the danger of overthrow due to soft
surface.
– Nobody is allowed to stay between
the tractor and the machine when
lifting or lowering the machine with 3
point hydraulic hitch.
– Pay attention to put the mower on a
flat and solid ground.
– There must be no pressure in the
hydraulic system before
disconnecting the mower from the
tractor.
– Pay attention to the following safety
instructions.
– Lower all four support legs (1) and secure them
with safety device (2) in upper hole of the
support leg (1).
– Lower the machine and make sure that it is
placed steady.
– Disconnect the P.T.O. shaft (3) and put it on the
holder (4).
– Disconnect the hydraulic tubes (5), secure them
with quick clamps and put them into the deposit
place on the hitch (6).
– Disconnect the electric plug and put it into the
deposit place on the hitch (6).
– Pull the strings (8) from the tractor and mount
them on the connector.
– Loosen and disconnect the upper lever.
– Disconnect the lower levers and drive away.
