Please note that the silent mode is automatically deactivated after 12 hours or after a power failure.
This setting only refers to calls from the door station. If the doorbell on the floor is rung, there will still
be a ring tone.
To open the door following a conversation, press the door open key once. The time frame to
open the door is 2 minutes long and starts with the first time the bell is rung.
Please note that the door opener may only be activated after the doorbell has rung.
5.5 Changing the ringtone of the doorbell
Keep the tone key pressed for some time to change the ringtone of the doorbell. At the same
time briefly tap on the selection key within 1.5 seconds. This key combination will change the
ringtone of the doorbell. Every time you tap on the selection key another ringtone will be played.
To select the respective ringtone release both buttons. The selected ringtone will then be the
default setting.
There is a choice of 8 ringtones for the house call and 4 ringtones for the floor call. The ringtone for
the house call signals that the intercom has been activated at the door bell/station at the front door
outside. The floor ringtone signals that the intercom has been activated at the door bell/station
located on the floor inside the building.
5.6 Changing ringtone for floor call
To change the ringtone for the floor bell, keep the tone key pressed for some time. Within 1.5
seconds, and in addition to pressing the tone-key, it is necessary to keep the selection key
pressed for the same amount of time in order to change the ringtone for the floor bell. If both
keys are kept activated, another ringtone will be played. To select this ringtone release both
keys. The selected ringtone will then be the default setting.
5.7 Light and special function key
Two keys may be used for special functions. In this way, it is possible to have a variety of switch
functions using the S and light key in combination with a bus actuator module or a switch
actuator.
Press the selected key until an acoustic signal confirms that the function has been executed.
