2-1. Intended Use
This surgical table is intended for use by healthcare
professionals for human medical purposes only.
The surgical table is not intended to be used for
patient transport.
2-2. Installation
Prior to placing the table into use, the following
items must be inspected, veried, and calibrated
by an authorized Skytron representative:
Final initialization and completion of the
installation report is required for warranty
validation.
Functional testing and cycling
Electrical safety testing to include
verication by hospital personnel
Digital calibration of the hydraulic system's
pressure relief valve (PRV)
Inspection of the hydraulic system
Table must be allowed to acclimate to
usage climate requirements
Verication of hydraulic uid level
Table has been wiped down to remove
rust inhibitor
Items found to be non-conforming must be
addressed prior to placing the table into service.
